We guarantee customer satisfaction. The nature of the hair extension industry allows us to be flexible with our customers so to maintain integrity and assurance of fair treatment. Refunds or exchanges will be granted under the following conditions: (A) We will provide a 100% refund if an order is shipped to the incorrect address, due to the error of the delivery courier. (B) If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality, we allow customers to ship their orders back for a store credit or exchange. (C) If a customer is dissatisfied with the alternative product exchanged or purchased with a store credit, we offer 100% refund minus 20% restocking fee. Customer must exercise option (B) before option (C) can be exercised.
